In this New Millennium, after 2000 years of Roman-style corruption and warmaking, the social crime of acquiescence, of collaborating with madmen and murderers-- witnessed daily around the world-- seems to be the "business of the day" while billions of innocent, unrepresented humans wither away beneath the war machinery.
As much as I love President Obama and Hillary Clinton, as hard as we fought to "Change" the system of 2 centuries in less than a year, as high as our hopes may have drifted like the elusive "balloon boy"-- the harsh reality of our daily struggle is that warlords and profiteers, the Bush criminals and bullying Republicans are still controlling the conversation, stalemating the Senate and using Karl Rove, of all ungodly trolls, to poison the public dialogue.
This is nothing new-- we've endured it, those of us who've survived the Bush regimes, the Reagan war machinery, the CIA global "destabilization & assassination" campaigns, which now appear to be promoted as "U.S. foreign policy." Look- Blackwater (Xe) and Halliburton are still raking in the big contracts, the war machine keeps churning out mass-extermination weaponry, now even producing "non-lethal" directed energy against US, the "insurgent crowds," using our own taxes to develop weapons against us. This is truly unforgiveable, high and mighty elected officials. With each day you are losing ground by caving in to it, losing millions of history-making allies in the process.
So we will serve notice in this new year of consequence, 2010, as we enter a wired culture of futuristic transformation. Either get REAL about war crimes, the criminal activity which has bankrupted the world and allowed corruption to flourish from Italy to Israel, Iran to Vietnam and China-- all because you can't acknowledge what the forensics experts all know is true: we've been hijacked! The internet is an unforgiving oracle and perhaps the ultimate global tribunal, as well as an Amazonian library-- which has documented down to tiny details how the "National Security" state was born from the Nazi ashes into the CIA, MI5, KGB-- the alleged "intelligence" agencies deployed to seek out "enemies" and foment "covert wars" around the world.
How these covert wars killed millions of innocent people, created "terror" tactics unimagined by sane human beings, tortured, conspired, covered-up the assassination of our very own President by the Texas mob, which later empowered the Bush mob. Now you are actively participating in the direct denial of the evidence glaring like thermate in the sun-- that the 9-11 attacks and controlled demolitions were carried out, coordinated and planned by "black ops" agencies related to Dick Cheney, Blackwater and the CIA, then used to justify the suspension of the U.S. Constitution, the launching of a permanent "war on terror" and the ultimate "mindfuck" of the American population.
Again, none of this is new, simply Reaganite Republican "state craft." The gigantic wrench of "terror war" was the tool that Hitler and his fascists adopted from the Romans to seize most of Europe, under a cloud of death and planned destruction. Julius Caesar conquered my ancestors, the Celts, this exact way: create enemies, real or contrived, to justify "security forces" and occupation of territories containing "insurgents" or resources, then make up any manner of bullshit to cover your trail. Then declare yourself a hero, for making the "Pax Americana."
We remind you that the "United States of America," along with Canada, Australia and Israel are all CONTRIVED states, not inherited ancestral homelands. The territories we occupy are European COLONIES, forged by blood and genocide on the homelands of the native peoples who occupied these lands for thousands of years before the "founders' showed up with guns. Consider for example what would happen to the U.S.A. if the U.S. dollar completely collapsed. No more George washington, no more "national culture"-- back to the community, the land, the common folk and native cultures.
Here is the raw argument, the rub which now places you Democrats in the same camp as U.S. Republicans in covering-up of war criminals and embezzlement, monopolization and profiteering on an unprecedented scale: by going along with these "counter-intelligence" tactics and disinformation schemes you are forcing every activist in the world to carry the load for you, to work and expose themselves to attack, to be rounded up and executed, or simply "disappeared." What are you going to say to China, to Iran, to Vietnam, when they are carrying out KGB and CIA tactics? You can't say anything because you are still allowing these "security" agencies to run the show.
50 years of former CIA officials, even General and President Eisenhower himself have warned that this overthrow of the representative government would lead to orwellian consequences. Now here we are, bending over to allow our orifices and body fluids to be probed, expected to believe manufactured events involving incinerating people with robots, being charged billions upon trillions for a decade of criminal theft and black budgeting. So we ask you, here at 2010-- where does it end? Do we continue to "war" against our own eveil shadows until we're all starving in a burned-out wasteland, surrounded by insane, robotic drones?
Show us one "expert analyst" or other CIA spokesperson who can claim that their "intelligence" activities have succeeded in making our world more safe, more sane, more peaceful or intelligent. The situation we are trapped in is exactly the opposite-- we are in dire peril and propagandized to the point of insanity, in large part due to the CIA "covert" activities around the world. From corporate-financed guerrilla wars to assassinations, drug smuggling and terror tactics beyond description (see our Stockwell video)-- the CIA has poisoned and endangered all of us. Now it has attacked us directly (9-11) and hijacked our entire country, along with our economy, our ethics and any shred of international respect. The CIA should be regarded as a criminal organization which has actively subverted our constitutional government (also known as "treason") on behalf of power-hungry presidents and ruthless corporations. The millions of victims are almost entirely poor, defensless and unrepresented people in "underdeveloped" areas of the world.
The Obama promise of Change can't be snuffed out like Rush Limbaugh's drug habit, like Paul Wellstone's plane. We are going to bring the TRUTH out in the open, with you or without you. Right now you have the unique and historic opportunity to bring the entire U.S. Republican party up on conspiracy charges, to answer the demands of millions of Americans to put Dick Cheney and his crew before a war crimes tribunal, to allow the 9-11 evidence, and yes the WTC Building 7 explanations, out into the light of day.
This half century of Bush family crimes have been documented in detail-- simply search Amazon for hundreds of books and films on the subject, collectively equivalent to a global expert witness library. You Democrats are making a strategic blunder by taking the easy path. Health care is important, yes-- but war crimes which continue to threaten all of us are more pressing. It's like you're trying to cure our CIA cancer by pretending a trip to Disneyland will fix the problem. Meanwhile, the desperate and unrepresented are willing to blow themselves up to get your attention.
We suggest you also take gigantic, bold steps which can be summed up "OMG" & "WTF"-- like legalizing cannabis, marijuana and HEMP, once America's signature crop. Again, how long will this Hearst-Rockefeller "Reefer madness" bullshit continue to play as "legal business," when the war on marijuana is an obvious violation of both human and natural rights? You come to my house and tell my kids that flowers are illegal, and that growing herbs is "manufacturing a dangerous drug"? That is the real madness, Mr. Chucklehead Darecopper.
By legalizing and ending the FAILED prohibition you will at once: release people being held by the state as political prisoners for victimless herbal crimes, redirect the law enforcement and surveillance agencies to actual criminal activities which have victims, in the process saving billions of cumulative credits. You will also allow for real, practical "health care" of terminal patients, veterans, queens on their moontime, migraine sufferers-- by an herb which was recognized in America as a medicine for 200 years, in India, for 3000 years! Also, it is a clear sign that the decades of lies and "covert war" against the American people is stopping. We must stop it.
Now we're not saying you have "sold out," not quite yet. But you have really dropped alot of balls, have allowed the criminals who in the past decade have bankrupted our country, embroiled us in global wars and cultural clashes, got away with their buddies and offshore accounts in the war profiteering, petrochemical and vaccine making industries with trillions in skimmed of monopolizations. You've allowed them so far to waltz away as if nothing was wrong with the picture. Perhaps because many of your own party, like our old Senator Dan Inouye, are implicated in the promotion of the war machinery, at the expense of liberty and justice.
It's like the schoolyard bully situation. They will keep picking a fight, attacking you for every little petty reason, even if it's contrived, so they control the schollyard, keep you in a corner. At some point you've gotta either organize your friends and allies to kick the bully's ass, or get on your brass knuckles and biker gear to do it yourself. We are so very sick of the Rove-Rush-Dick Armey attack bullshit we keep being fed, we are being forced to your defense daily. But we have our limits, many have already stopped paying attention.
"Public endangerment" and "impersonating a public official" can summarize the situation we, the public citizens, are faced with, not to mention your cancerous, "ponzi-scheming," war profiteering corporations. As well, you are faced with national elections in 2010, so it's time you really step up your game, folks. At this juncture of the first year of the Obama presidency, you seem to be allowing the fascists, the hate-mongers, the "Red Teams" of the militarists, and the war profiteers to position themselves to take the country over once again. Truly, the possibility and projection of the security state under another corrupted CIA regime is a nightmare beyond Orwellian imaginings.
Finally, we recommend you immediately create an office of New Media, to coordinate the new democratic technologies and information dispersal potential of the new wired America. First task-- freeing up the evidence, the historic events of a century of industrial war, the documented deaths of millions of innocent victims of the "resource wars," which coontinue to this day in Iraq and Afghanistan. The classic medical text on PPs is The Mask of Sanity by Dr. Hervey Cleckley. Read it! PPs are presentable, they know full well the suffering their actions may cause others, but they do not care. They cannot care because they are nuts. They have a screw loose!
And what syndrome better describes so many executives at Enron and WorldCom and on and on, who have enriched themselves while ruining their employees and investors and country, and who still feel as pure as the driven snow, no matter what anybody may say to or about them? And so many of these heartless PPs now hold big jobs in our federal government, as though they were leaders instead of sick.
What has allowed so many PPs to rise so high in corporations, and now in government, is that they are so decisive. Unlike normal people, they are never filled with doubts, for the simple reason that they cannot care what happens next. Simply can't. Do this! Do that! Mobilize the reserves! Privatize the public schools! Attack Iraq! Cut health care! Tap everybody's telephone! Cut taxes on the rich! Build a trillion-dollar missile shield! Preface
In 1996, the United States (US) Army Military Police (MP) Corps restructured its four combat
support (CS) missions into the following five CS functions. These functions adequately describe
MP capabilities in support of US forces deployed worldwide.
• Maneuver and mobility support.
• Areasecurity.
• Law and order (L&O).
• Internment/resettlement (I/R).
• Police intelligence operations.
Field Manual (FM) 3-19.40 depicts the doctrinal foundation, principles, and processes that MP
will employ when dealing with enemy prisoners of war (EPWs), civilian internees (CIs), US
military prisoner operations, and MP support to civil-military operations (populace and resource
control [PRC], humanitarian assistance [HA], and emergency services [ES]). FM 3-19.40 is not a
standalone manual, and it must be used in combination with other publications. These
publications are pointed out throughout the manual, and a consolidated list is provided in the
bibliography.
This manual provides guidance that can be used by US Army service schools, students, sister
services, and federal agencies. It is fully compatible with current joint, multinational, and
interagency doctrine.

NONLETHAL WEAPONS
B-10. The DOD defines NLWs as weapons that are explicitly designed and
primarily employed to incapacitate personnel or material, while minimizing
fatalities, permanent injury to personnel, and undesired damage to property
and the environment. Unlike conventional weapons that destroy their targets
through blast, penetration, and fragmentation, NLWs employ other means to
prevent the target from functioning.
B-11. The NLW doctrine and concepts of operation are designed to reinforce
deterrence and expand the range of options available to commanders. They
enhance the capability of US forces to accomplish the following objectives:
• Discourage, delay, and prevent hostile actions.
• Limit escalation.
• Take military action in situations where the use of lethal force is not
the preferred option.
• Protect US forces.
• Disable equipment, facilities, and personnel.
B-12. The zero probability of producing fatalities or permanent injuries is not
a requirement of NLWs. Complete avoidance of these effects is not guaranteed
or expected; however, NLWs significantly reduce them as compared to lethal
weapons. When drafting the ROE, clearly articulate that using NLWs is an
additional means of employing force for the particular purpose of limiting the
probability of death or serious injury to noncombatants or belligerents.
However, the use of deadly force is an inherent right of individuals when they,
their fellow soldiers, or personnel in their charge are threatened with death or
serious bodily harm. The use of NLWs adds flexibility when controlling
disturbances in an I/R facility by providing an environment where guard
forces can permissively engage threatening targets with limited risk of
noncombatant casualties and collateral damage (see FM 90-40). Table B-1,
page B-4, shows lethal, nonlethal, and ineffective zones of NLWs.

B-13. The use of lethal force under the standing ROE is never denied. Never
deploy forces without giving them the ability to defend themselves against a
lethal threat. Ensure that they are trained, armed, and equipped for combat.
Nonlethal force is a complement to, not a replacement for, lethal force. Expand
a proactive response across the range of military operations. Delegate the
decision to use NLWs against an adversary during a confrontation to the
lowest possible level, preferably to the platoon or the squad. Ensure that all
personnel, not just leaders, have a clear understanding of the ROE and the
commander’s intent (see FM 90-40).
B-14. Facility commanders consider the use-of-force options discussed in this
appendix and AR 190-14 when dealing with disruptions. They substitute
nonlethal devices for firearms when they are adequate for MP to safely
perform their duties. Currently, MP have the following nonlethal options
available for crowd control:
• Riot control agents.
n O-chlorobenzylidine malonitrile (CS).
n Oleoresin capsicum (OC).
• MWDs.
• MP clubs.
• Riot batons.
B-15. Commanders and public affairs officers are prepared to address media
questions and concerns regarding the use and role of NLWs. They make it
clear that the presence of NLWs in no way indicates abandoning the option to
employ deadly force in appropriate circumstances.

The Halliburton crime cartel
Let's take a look at Halliburton for a moment.
1) $292 million in taxpayer money will go to Halliburton to pay for goods & services it will provide to Tyumen Oil Co., and company controlled by the Aplfa Group, which has ties to the Russian Mob.
2) Halliburton continues to do business with Burma despite that government's ruthless repression of its own citizens. Security gurards hired by Burmese companies involved with Halliburton have been accused of rape and torture of local villagers opposed to the project. Halliburton has fought all attempts to bring sanctions against Burma for its conduct.
3) Halliburton has done business with Libya, Iran, and Iraq in contravention of the law. It has repeatedly lobbied to have sanctions against these countries removed.
4) Halliburton has apparently cooked the books to the tune of $100 million.
5) Between 1995 & 1999 Halliburton created 44 shell companies in the Caymans to evade US Taxes, cheating the American people out of $302 million. While it was doing this, it also had its snout in the public trough, scarfing down $2.3 billion in government contracts, and $1.5 billion in loan gurantees.
6) Halliburton was fined $2 million for overcharging the Pentagon.
So, what kind of person works at Halliburton? Since I'm Irish, let me answer a question with a question. Who, but a criminal, would work for Halliburton?
Donald Rumsfeld: The War Crimes Case

As the Democrats took control of the House of Representatives and were on the verge of taking over the Senate, George W. Bush announced Wednesday that Donald Rumsfeld was out and Robert Gates was in as Secretary of Defense. When Bush is being run out of town, he knows how to get out in the front of the crowd and make it look like he's leading the parade. The Rumsfeld-Gates swap is a classic example.
The election was a referendum on the war. The dramatic results prove that the overwhelming majority of people in this country don't like the disaster Bush has created in Iraq. So rather than let the airwaves fill up with beaming Democrats and talk of the horrors of Iraq, Bush changed the subject and fired Rumsfeld. Now, when the Democrats begin to investigate what went wrong, Rumsfeld will no longer be the controversial public face of the war.
Rumsfeld had come under fire from many quarters, not the least of which was a gaggle of military officers who had been clamoring for his resignation. Bush said he decided to oust Rumsfeld before Tuesday's voting but lied to reporters so it wouldn't affect the election. Putting aside the incredulity of that claim, Bush likely waited to see if there would be a changing of the legislative guard before giving Rumsfeld his walking papers. If the GOP had retained control of Congress, Bush would probably have retained Rumsfeld. But in hindsight, Bush has to wish he had ejected Rumsfeld before the election to demonstrate a new direction in the Iraq war to angry voters.
Rumsfeld's sin was not in failing to develop a winning strategy for Iraq. There is no winning in Iraq, because we never belonged there in the first place. The war in Iraq is a war of aggression. It violates the United Nations Charter which only permits one country to invade another in self-defense or with the blessing of the Security Council.
Donald Rumsfeld was one of the primary architects of the Iraq war. On September 15, 2001, in a meeting at Camp David, Rumsfeld suggested an attack on Iraq because he was deeply worried about the availability of "good targets in Afghanistan." Former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill reported that Rumsfeld articulated his hope to "dissuade" other nations from "asymmetrical challenges" to U.S. power. Rumsfeld's support for a preemptive attack on Iraq "matched with plans for how the world's second largest oil reserve might be divided among the world's contractors made for an irresistible combination," Ron Suskind wrote after interviewing O'Neill.
Rumsfeld defensively sought to decouple oil access from regime change in Iraq when he appeared on CBS News on November 15, 2002. In a Hamlet moment, Rumsfeld proclaimed the United States' beef with Iraq has "nothing to do with oil, literally nothing to do with oil." The Secretary doth protest too much.
Prosecuting a war of aggression isn't Rumsfeld's only crime. He also participated in the highest levels of decision-making that allowed the extrajudicial execution of several people. Willful killing is a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions, which constitutes a war crime. In his book, Chain of Command: The Road from 9/11 to Abu Ghraib, Seymour Hersh described the "unacknowledged" special-access program (SAP) established by a top-secret order Bush signed in late 2001 or early 2002. It authorized the Defense Department to set up a clandestine team of Special Forces operatives to defy international law and snatch, or assassinate, anyone considered a "high-value" Al Qaeda operative, anywhere in the world. Rumsfeld expanded SAP into Iraq in August 2003.
But Rumsfeld's crimes don't end there. He sanctioned the use of torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, which are grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, and thus constitute war crimes. Rumsfeld approved interrogation techniques that included the use of dogs, removal of clothing, hooding, stress positions, isolation for up to 30 days, 20-hour interrogations, and deprivation of light and auditory stimuli. According to Seymour Hersh, Rumsfeld sanctioned the use of physical coercion and sexual humiliation to extract information from prisoners. Rumsfeld also authorized waterboarding, where the interrogator induces the sensation of imminent death by drowning. Waterboarding is widely considered a form of torture.
Rumsfeld was intimately involved with the interrogation of a Saudi detainee, Mohamed al-Qahtani, at Guantánamo in late 2002. General Geoffrey Miller, who later transferred many of his harsh interrogation techniques to Abu Ghaib, supervised the interrogation and gave Rumsfeld weekly updates on his progress. During a six-week period, al-Qahtani was stripped naked, forced to wear women's underwear on his head, denied bathroom access, threatened with dogs, forced to perform tricks while tethered to a dog leash, and subjected to sleep deprivation. Al-Qahtani was kept in solitary confinement for 160 days. For 48 days out of 54, he was interrogated for 18 to 20 hours a day.
Even though Rumsfeld didn't personally carry out the torture and mistreatment of prisoners, he authorized it. Under the doctrine of command responsibility, a commander can be liable for war crimes committed by his inferiors if he knew or should have known they would be committed and did nothing to stop of prevent them. The U.S. War Crimes Act provides for prosecution of a person who commits war crimes and prescribes life imprisonment, or even the death penalty if the victim dies.
Although intending to signal a new direction in Iraq with his nomination of Gates to replace Rumsfeld, Bush has no intention of leaving Iraq. He is building huge permanent U.S. military bases there. Gates at the helm of the Defense Department, Bush said, "can help make the necessary adjustments in our approach." Bush hopes he can bring congressional Democrats on board by convincing them he will simply fight a smarter war.
But this war can never get smarter. Nearly 3,000 American soldiers and more than 650,000 Iraqi civilians have died and tens of thousands have been wounded. Our national debt has skyrocketed with the billions Bush has pumped into the war. Now that there is a new day in Congress, there must be a new push to end the war. That means a demand that Congress cut off its funds.
And the war criminals must be brought to justice - beginning with Donald Rumsfeld. On November 14, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the National Lawyers Guild, and other organizations will ask the German federal prosecutor to initiate a criminal investigation into the war crimes of Rumsfeld and other Bush administration officials. Although Bush has immunized his team from prosecution in the International Criminal Court, they could be tried in any country under the well-established principle of universal jurisdiction.
Donald Rumsfeld may be out of sight, but he will not be out of mind. The chickens have come home to roost.

ADVANTAGES
B-16. The NLWs provide the flexibility to favorably influence a situation with
reduced risk of noncombatant fatalities and collateral damage. They are more
humane, which is consistent with the political and social intent of
humanitarian and peacekeeping missions. The force that properly employs
NLWs gains an advantage over forces who rely on lethal options alone because
the degree of provocation required to employ these options is substantially
less. This advantage provides a proactive posture and a quicker response. It
also diminishes the likelihood of a situation escalating to a point where deadly
force is required.
B-17. The NLWs are less likely to provoke others; however, they may provoke
a negative response. Demonstrated restraint greatly diminishes feelings of
anger and remorse when deadly force is required after nonlethal options fail.
The NLWs facilitate postincident stabilization by reducing internee alienation
and collateral damage.
TRAINING
B-18. Soldiers and leaders are trained in the correct employment of NLWs.
They understand the limited use of these systems in environments with
restrictive ROE. Their training is continuous at all levels so that they
understand when and how to effectively and properly employ NLWs. The
incorrect application of NLWs can have significant operational and political
ramifications. Well-trained MP leaders who provide timely, clear guidance to
soldiers ensure mission accomplishment.
B-19. Many NLWs have maximum-effective and minimum-safety ranges.
Individuals struck short of the minimum safety range often suffer severe
injuries or death, while the effects of most nonlethal devices are greatly
mitigated at longer ranges. Engage the threat within the nonlethal zone,
which is beyond the lethal zone and short of the ineffective zone (see Table
B-1).
B-20. When training with and planning for the use of NLWs—
• Never apply them in situations where deadly force is appropriate.
• Never apply them in situations that will place troops in undue danger.
• Always cover them with deadly force.
TACTICS
B-21. Establish riot control teams that have a minimum response time. Due
to the physical nature of riot control, individuals in riot control formations do
not carry long rifles. Lethal attachments follow closely behind riot control
formations to provide lethal coverage for the entire formation.
B-22. During a nonlethal engagement, a designated marksman supplies
lethal overwatch to provide confidence and safety to those facing a riot. The
marksman is in an overwatch position and armed with a standard infantry
rifle, mounted with a high-powered scope. If a lethal threat is presented, he
can scan the crowd to identify agitators and riot leaders for apprehension. He
can also fire lethal rounds if warranted. Designated marksmen are ideally
suited for flank security and countersniper operations.

Stepping outside of the pale and pacified "New Patriot" police-state of the New World Order (aka "America")-- once you make it through the razor wire-- it is quite clear that what is going on is a gargantuan, Machiavellian MUGGING. From the criminal manipulation of the election in Florida by the Bush brothers and their cohorts, to the brutal attack on New York City and the subsequent cover-up, to their diversion toward Afghanistan as they deployed the "Patriot Act" and "Homeland Security" police-state, to the outright illegal invasion of Iraq in order to murder its leaders and rob the entire region of oil, this Bush Regime has looked more like an organized criminal inasion than any kind of legitimate political movement.
Sadly, the only reason these neo-fascist criminals have gotten this far is through the corporate monopolization and manipulation of the American media. When these highly secretive and paranoid people in power, with their fingers on their nuclear buttons, decree that we will soon have the largest deficits in history, what they are really trying to get us to swallow is the sickening load of their military budget-- in mob terms, they will twist our arms and our children's arms to pay them to build bigger weapons to keep us all in line. These Bush executives, if you peel back their Skull and Bones badges, are heavily invested in the three most profitable (and corrupted) industries in the world: pharmaceuticals, weapons, and oil.
The oil racket is so obvious it should need little explanation. Iraq has the last great reservoir on the planet-- and who is inventorying what is being drained right now by CEO/VP Cheney's Brown&Root? The U.S. military, oh wait-- they work for Cheney too! Don't want to confuse anything in the accounting by having U.N. people snooping around! Keep those nosy inspectors at bay! The Bushites knew where all the weapons were anyhow-- our CIA sold them to Saddam (remember-Rumsfeld arranged it)!
Pharmaceuticals are a bit more complex of a racket-- much like drug dealing everywhere. "Create a demand, supply the need." Did you know that while Bush Sr.'s CIA was channeling vast quantities of cocaine into the urban areas of the U.S., the Bush family also was profiting from their interest in Eli Lilly's cocaine treatment drugs? Any coincidence that now that Afghanistan is "liberated" the opium triangle is back in business like never before? Gee, I wonder where all that fresh heroin will end up? Follow the cancer trail, the AIDS deployment, the SARS epidemic-- a brutal "protection racket" verging on the demonic.
Now, Eisenhower tried to warn us all about the "unwarranted influence of the military-industrial complex" but did we listen? We are now in the midst of a worst-case scenario of military corporate influence out of control, resulting in the "Bring It On" mafioso machismo of an idiot. This Bush mob and their minions are ruthlessly willing to throw our sons and daughters to the wolves, to rake in greater profits and power, all the while surrounding our neighborhoods with barbed wire and microwave towers. The empire is turning on us, as empires tend to do when they get top-heavy. The scum has risen to the top of the melting pot, and now these corporate criminals are attempting to steal even our minds with their murderous programming and "approval" scams.

Why don't we pass legislation to prevent corporate executives from holding offices of military power-- especially those in the energy and weapons industries? That would disqualify just about everyone in Bush's cabinet-- including the lovely Condy Rice (no worries, she'll still have that Texaco tanker named after her)! In fact, the only man left standing on the Republican side would be Colin Powell. And we don't get the feeling lately he approves of playing Tom to Bubba Bush's Kowboy Klique anyway. He would probably be as relieved as Dwight Eisenhower to see Bush, Cheney and all the other murderous mobsters behind bars where they belong, and our troops coming home.
What it has boiled down to, boys and girls, in this new-millenium "Planetary Survival" challenge is the United Corporations of America and their massive military versus the United Nations ideals and processes. Test this on your neighbors: which side do you stand on: the unilateralist "Terminator" Bush or the United Nations peacekeeping process? This is truly unforgiveable, high and mighty elected officials. With each day you are losing ground by caving in to it, losing millions of history-making allies in the process.
So we will serve notice in this new year of consequence, 2010, as we enter a wired culture of futuristic transformation. Either get REAL about war crimes, the criminal activity which has bankrupted the world and allowed corruption to flourish from Italy to Israel, Iran to Vietnam and China-- all because you can't acknowledge what the forensics experts all know is true: we've been hijacked! The internet is an unforgiving oracle and perhaps the ultimate global tribunal, as well as an Amazonian library-- which has documented down to tiny details how the "National Security" state was born from the Nazi ashes into the CIA, MI5, KGB-- the alleged "intelligence" agencies deployed to seek out "enemies" and foment "covert wars" around the world.
How these covert wars killed millions of innocent people, created "terror" tactics unimagined by sane human beings, tortured, conspired, covered-up the assassination of our very own President by the Texas mob, which later empowered the Bush mob. Julius Caesar conquered my ancestors, the Celts, this exact way: create enemies, real or contrived, to justify "security forces" and occupation of territories containing "insurgents" or resources, then make up any manner of bullshit to cover your trail. Then declare yourself a hero, for making the "Pax Americana."
We remind you that the "United States of America," along with Canada, Australia and Israel are all CONTRIVED states, not inherited ancestral homelands. The territories we occupy are European COLONIES, forged by blood and genocide on the homelands of the native peoples who occupied these lands for thousands of years before the "founders' showed up with guns. Consider for example what would happen to the U.S.A. if the U.S. dollar completely collapsed. No more George washington, no more "national culture"-- back to the community, the land, the common folk and native cultures.
Here is the raw argument, the rub which now places you Democrats in the same camp as U.S. Republicans in covering-up of war criminals and embezzlement, monopolization and profiteering on an unprecedented scale: by going along with these "counter-intelligence" tactics and disinformation schemes you are forcing every activist in the world to carry the load for you, to work and expose themselves to attack, to be rounded up and executed, or simply "disappeared." What are you going to say to China, to Iran, to Vietnam, when they are carrying out KGB and CIA tactics? You can't say anything because you are still allowing these "security" agencies to run the show.
50 years of former CIA officials, even General and President Eisenhower himself have warned that this overthrow of the representative government would lead to orwellian consequences. Now here we are, bending over to allow our orifices and body fluids to be probed, expected to believe manufactured events involving incinerating people with robots, being charged billions upon trillions for a decade of criminal theft and black budgeting. So we ask you, here at 2010-- where does it end? Do we continue to "war" against our own eveil shadows until we're all starving in a burned-out wasteland, surrounded by insane, robotic drones?
Show us one "expert analyst" or other CIA spokesperson who can claim that their "intelligence" activities have succeeded in making our world more safe, more sane, more peaceful or intelligent. The situation we are trapped in is exactly the opposite-- we are in dire peril and propagandized to the point of insanity, in large part due to the CIA "covert" activities around the world. From corporate-financed guerrilla wars to assassinations, drug smuggling and terror tactics beyond description (see our Stockwell video)-- the CIA has poisoned and endangered all of us. Now it has attacked us directly (9-11) and hijacked our entire country, along with our economy, our ethics and any shred of international respect. The CIA should be regarded as a criminal organization which has actively subverted our constitutional government (also known as "treason") on behalf of power-hungry presidents and ruthless corporations. The millions of victims are almost entirely poor, defensless and unrepresented people in "underdeveloped" areas of the world.
The Obama promise of Change can't be snuffed out like Rush Limbaugh's drug habit, like Paul Wellstone's plane. We are going to bring the TRUTH out in the open, with you or without you. Right now you have the unique and historic opportunity to bring the entire U.S. Republican party up on conspiracy charges, to answer the demands of millions of Americans to put Dick Cheney and his crew before a war crimes tribunal, to allow the 9-11 evidence, and yes the WTC Building 7 explanations, out into the light of day.
This half century of Bush family crimes have been documented in detail-- simply search Amazon for hundreds of books and films on the subject, collectively equivalent to a global expert witness library. You Democrats are making a strategic blunder by taking the easy path. Health care is important, yes-- but war crimes which continue to threaten all of us are more pressing. It's like you're trying to cure our CIA cancer by pretending a trip to Disneyland will fix the problem. Meanwhile, the desperate and unrepresented are willing to blow themselves up to get your attention.
We suggest you also take gigantic, bold steps which can be summed up "OMG" & "WTF"-- like legalizing cannabis, marijuana and HEMP, once America's signature crop. Again, how long will this Hearst-Rockefeller "Reefer madness" bullshit continue to play as "legal business," when the war on marijuana is an obvious violation of both human and natural rights? You come to my house and tell my kids that flowers are illegal, and that growing herbs is "manufacturing a dangerous drug"? That is the real madness, Mr. Chucklehead Darecopper.
By legalizing and ending the FAILED prohibition you will at once: release people being held by the state as political prisoners for victimless herbal crimes, redirect the law enforcement and surveillance agencies to actual criminal activities which have victims, in the process saving billions of cumulative credits. You will also allow for real, practical "health care" of terminal patients, veterans, queens on their moontime, migraine sufferers-- by an herb which was recognized in America as a medicine for 200 years, in India, for 3000 years! Also, it is a clear sign that the decades of lies and "covert war" against the American people is stopping. We must stop it.
Now we're not saying you have "sold out," not quite yet. But you have really dropped alot of balls, have allowed the criminals who in the past decade have bankrupted our country, embroiled us in global wars and cultural clashes, got away with their buddies and offshore accounts in the war profiteering, petrochemical and vaccine making industries with trillions in skimmed of monopolizations. You've allowed them so far to waltz away as if nothing was wrong with the picture. Perhaps because many of your own party, like our old Senator Dan Inouye, are implicated in the promotion of the war machinery, at the expense of liberty and justice.
It's like the schoolyard bully situation. They will keep picking a fight, attacking you for every little petty reason, even if it's contrived, so they control the schollyard, keep you in a corner. At some point you've gotta either organize your friends and allies to kick the bully's ass, or get on your brass knuckles and biker gear to do it yourself. We are so very sick of the Rove-Rush-Dick Armey attack bullshit we keep being fed, we are being forced to your defense daily. But we have our limits, many have already stopped paying attention.
"Public endangerment" and "impersonating a public official" can summarize the situation we, the public citizens, are faced with, not to mention your cancerous, "ponzi-scheming," war profiteering corporations. As well, you are faced with national elections in 2010, so it's time you really step up your game, folks. At this juncture of the first year of the Obama presidency, you seem to be allowing the fascists, the hate-mongers, the "Red Teams" of the militarists, and the war profiteers to position themselves to take the country over once again. Truly, the possibility and projection of the security state under another corrupted CIA regime is a nightmare beyond Orwellian imaginings.

Preface
In 1996, the United States (US) Army Military Police (MP) Corps restructured its four combat
support (CS) missions into the following five CS functions. These functions adequately describe
MP capabilities in support of US forces deployed worldwide.
• Maneuver and mobility support.
• Areasecurity.
• Law and order (L&O).
• Internment/resettlement (I/R).
• Police intelligence operations.
Field Manual (FM) 3-19.40 depicts the doctrinal foundation, principles, and processes that MP
will employ when dealing with enemy prisoners of war (EPWs), civilian internees (CIs), US
military prisoner operations, and MP support to civil-military operations (populace and resource
control [PRC], humanitarian assistance [HA], and emergency services [ES]). FM 3-19.40 is not a
standalone manual, and it must be used in combination with other publications. These
publications are pointed out throughout the manual, and a consolidated list is provided in the
bibliography.
This manual provides guidance that can be used by US Army service schools, students, sister
services, and federal agencies. It is fully compatible with current joint, multinational, and
interagency doctrine.

NONLETHAL WEAPONS
B-10. The DOD defines NLWs as weapons that are explicitly designed and
primarily employed to incapacitate personnel or material, while minimizing
fatalities, permanent injury to personnel, and undesired damage to property
and the environment. Unlike conventional weapons that destroy their targets
through blast, penetration, and fragmentation, NLWs employ other means to
prevent the target from functioning.

deterrence and expand the range of options available to commanders. They
enhance the capability of US forces to accomplish the following objectives:
• Discourage, delay, and prevent hostile actions.
• Limit escalation.
• Take military action in situations where the use of lethal force is not
the preferred option.
• Protect US forces.
• Disable equipment, facilities, and personnel.
B-12. The zero probability of producing fatalities or permanent injuries is not
a requirement of NLWs. Complete avoidance of these effects is not guaranteed
or expected; however, NLWs significantly reduce them as compared to lethal
weapons. When drafting the ROE, clearly articulate that using NLWs is an
additional means of employing force for the particular purpose of limiting the
probability of death or serious injury to noncombatants or belligerents.
However, the use of deadly force is an inherent right of individuals when they,
their fellow soldiers, or personnel in their charge are threatened with death or
serious bodily harm. The use of NLWs adds flexibility when controlling
disturbances in an I/R facility by providing an environment where guard
forces can permissively engage threatening targets with limited risk of
noncombatant casualties and collateral damage (see FM 90-40). Table B-1,
page B-4, shows lethal, nonlethal, and ineffective zones of NLWs.

B-13. The use of lethal force under the standing ROE is never denied. Never
deploy forces without giving them the ability to defend themselves against a
lethal threat. Ensure that they are trained, armed, and equipped for combat.
Nonlethal force is a complement to, not a replacement for, lethal force. Expand
a proactive response across the range of military operations. Delegate the
decision to use NLWs against an adversary during a confrontation to the
lowest possible level, preferably to the platoon or the squad. Ensure that all
personnel, not just leaders, have a clear understanding of the ROE and the
commander’s intent (see FM 90-40).
B-14. Facility commanders consider the use-of-force options discussed in this
appendix and AR 190-14 when dealing with disruptions. They substitute
nonlethal devices for firearms when they are adequate for MP to safely
perform their duties. Currently, MP have the following nonlethal options
available for crowd control:
• Riot control agents.
n O-chlorobenzylidine malonitrile (CS).
n Oleoresin capsicum (OC).
• MWDs.
• MP clubs.
• Riot batons.
B-15. Commanders and public affairs officers are prepared to address media
questions and concerns regarding the use and role of NLWs. They make it
clear that the presence of NLWs in no way indicates abandoning the option to
employ deadly force in appropriate circumstances.

Let's take a look at Halliburton for a moment.
1) $292 million in taxpayer money will go to Halliburton to pay for goods & services it will provide to Tyumen Oil Co., and company controlled by the Aplfa Group, which has ties to the Russian Mob.
2) Halliburton continues to do business with Burma despite that government's ruthless repression of its own citizens. Security gurards hired by Burmese companies involved with Halliburton have been accused of rape and torture of local villagers opposed to the project. Halliburton has fought all attempts to bring sanctions against Burma for its conduct.
3) Halliburton has done business with Libya, Iran, and Iraq in contravention of the law. It has repeatedly lobbied to have sanctions against these countries removed.
4) Halliburton has apparently cooked the books to the tune of $100 million.
5) Between 1995 & 1999 Halliburton created 44 shell companies in the Caymans to evade US Taxes, cheating the American people out of $302 million. While it was doing this, it also had its snout in the public trough, scarfing down $2.3 billion in government contracts, and $1.5 billion in loan gurantees.
6) Halliburton was fined $2 million for overcharging the Pentagon.
So, what kind of person works at Halliburton? Since I'm Irish, let me answer a question with a question. Who, but a criminal, would work for Halliburton?
Donald Rumsfeld: The War Crimes Case

As the Democrats took control of the House of Representatives and were on the verge of taking over the Senate, George W. Bush announced Wednesday that Donald Rumsfeld was out and Robert Gates was in as Secretary of Defense. When Bush is being run out of town, he knows how to get out in the front of the crowd and make it look like he's leading the parade. The Rumsfeld-Gates swap is a classic example.
The election was a referendum on the war. The dramatic results prove that the overwhelming majority of people in this country don't like the disaster Bush has created in Iraq. So rather than let the airwaves fill up with beaming Democrats and talk of the horrors of Iraq, Bush changed the subject and fired Rumsfeld. Now, when the Democrats begin to investigate what went wrong, Rumsfeld will no longer be the controversial public face of the war.
Rumsfeld had come under fire from many quarters, not the least of which was a gaggle of military officers who had been clamoring for his resignation. Bush said he decided to oust Rumsfeld before Tuesday's voting but lied to reporters so it wouldn't affect the election. Putting aside the incredulity of that claim, Bush likely waited to see if there would be a changing of the legislative guard before giving Rumsfeld his walking papers. If the GOP had retained control of Congress, Bush would probably have retained Rumsfeld. But in hindsight, Bush has to wish he had ejected Rumsfeld before the election to demonstrate a new direction in the Iraq war to angry voters.
Rumsfeld's sin was not in failing to develop a winning strategy for Iraq. There is no winning in Iraq, because we never belonged there in the first place. The war in Iraq is a war of aggression. It violates the United Nations Charter which only permits one country to invade another in self-defense or with the blessing of the Security Council.
Donald Rumsfeld was one of the primary architects of the Iraq war. On September 15, 2001, in a meeting at Camp David, Rumsfeld suggested an attack on Iraq because he was deeply worried about the availability of "good targets in Afghanistan." Former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill reported that Rumsfeld articulated his hope to "dissuade" other nations from "asymmetrical challenges" to U.S. power. Rumsfeld's support for a preemptive attack on Iraq "matched with plans for how the world's second largest oil reserve might be divided among the world's contractors made for an irresistible combination," Ron Suskind wrote after interviewing O'Neill.
Rumsfeld defensively sought to decouple oil access from regime change in Iraq when he appeared on CBS News on November 15, 2002. In a Hamlet moment, Rumsfeld proclaimed the United States' beef with Iraq has "nothing to do with oil, literally nothing to do with oil." The Secretary doth protest too much.
Prosecuting a war of aggression isn't Rumsfeld's only crime. He also participated in the highest levels of decision-making that allowed the extrajudicial execution of several people. Willful killing is a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions, which constitutes a war crime. In his book, Chain of Command: The Road from 9/11 to Abu Ghraib, Seymour Hersh described the "unacknowledged" special-access program (SAP) established by a top-secret order Bush signed in late 2001 or early 2002. It authorized the Defense Department to set up a clandestine team of Special Forces operatives to defy international law and snatch, or assassinate, anyone considered a "high-value" Al Qaeda operative, anywhere in the world. Rumsfeld expanded SAP into Iraq in August 2003.
But Rumsfeld's crimes don't end there. He sanctioned the use of torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, which are grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, and thus constitute war crimes. Rumsfeld approved interrogation techniques that included the use of dogs, removal of clothing, hooding, stress positions, isolation for up to 30 days, 20-hour interrogations, and deprivation of light and auditory stimuli. According to Seymour Hersh, Rumsfeld sanctioned the use of physical coercion and sexual humiliation to extract information from prisoners. Rumsfeld also authorized waterboarding, where the interrogator induces the sensation of imminent death by drowning. Waterboarding is widely considered a form of torture.
Rumsfeld was intimately involved with the interrogation of a Saudi detainee, Mohamed al-Qahtani, at Guantánamo in late 2002. General Geoffrey Miller, who later transferred many of his harsh interrogation techniques to Abu Ghaib, supervised the interrogation and gave Rumsfeld weekly updates on his progress. During a six-week period, al-Qahtani was stripped naked, forced to wear women's underwear on his head, denied bathroom access, threatened with dogs, forced to perform tricks while tethered to a dog leash, and subjected to sleep deprivation. Al-Qahtani was kept in solitary confinement for 160 days. For 48 days out of 54, he was interrogated for 18 to 20 hours a day.
Even though Rumsfeld didn't personally carry out the torture and mistreatment of prisoners, he authorized it. Under the doctrine of command responsibility, a commander can be liable for war crimes committed by his inferiors if he knew or should have known they would be committed and did nothing to stop of prevent them. The U.S. War Crimes Act provides for prosecution of a person who commits war crimes and prescribes life imprisonment, or even the death penalty if the victim dies.
Although intending to signal a new direction in Iraq with his nomination of Gates to replace Rumsfeld, Bush has no intention of leaving Iraq. He is building huge permanent U.S. military bases there. Gates at the helm of the Defense Department, Bush said, "can help make the necessary adjustments in our approach." Bush hopes he can bring congressional Democrats on board by convincing them he will simply fight a smarter war.
But this war can never get smarter. Nearly 3,000 American soldiers and more than 650,000 Iraqi civilians have died and tens of thousands have been wounded. Our national debt has skyrocketed with the billions Bush has pumped into the war. Now that there is a new day in Congress, there must be a new push to end the war. That means a demand that Congress cut off its funds.
And the war criminals must be brought to justice - beginning with Donald Rumsfeld. On November 14, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the National Lawyers Guild, and other organizations will ask the German federal prosecutor to initiate a criminal investigation into the war crimes of Rumsfeld and other Bush administration officials. Although Bush has immunized his team from prosecution in the International Criminal Court, they could be tried in any country under the well-established principle of universal jurisdiction.
Donald Rumsfeld may be out of sight, but he will not be out of mind. The chickens have come home to roost.

ADVANTAGES
B-16. The NLWs provide the flexibility to favorably influence a situation with
reduced risk of noncombatant fatalities and collateral damage. They are more
humane, which is consistent with the political and social intent of
humanitarian and peacekeeping missions. The force that properly employs
NLWs gains an advantage over forces who rely on lethal options alone because
the degree of provocation required to employ these options is substantially
less. This advantage provides a proactive posture and a quicker response. It
also diminishes the likelihood of a situation escalating to a point where deadly
force is required.
B-17. The NLWs are less likely to provoke others; however, they may provoke
a negative response. Demonstrated restraint greatly diminishes feelings of
anger and remorse when deadly force is required after nonlethal options fail.
The NLWs facilitate postincident stabilization by reducing internee alienation
and collateral damage.
TRAINING
B-18. Soldiers and leaders are trained in the correct employment of NLWs.
They understand the limited use of these systems in environments with
restrictive ROE. Their training is continuous at all levels so that they
understand when and how to effectively and properly employ NLWs. The
incorrect application of NLWs can have significant operational and political
ramifications. Well-trained MP leaders who provide timely, clear guidance to
soldiers ensure mission accomplishment.
B-19. Many NLWs have maximum-effective and minimum-safety ranges.
Individuals struck short of the minimum safety range often suffer severe
injuries or death, while the effects of most nonlethal devices are greatly
mitigated at longer ranges. Engage the threat within the nonlethal zone,
which is beyond the lethal zone and short of the ineffective zone (see Table
B-1).
B-20. When training with and planning for the use of NLWs—
• Never apply them in situations where deadly force is appropriate.
• Never apply them in situations that will place troops in undue danger.
• Always cover them with deadly force.
TACTICS
B-21. Establish riot control teams that have a minimum response time. Due
to the physical nature of riot control, individuals in riot control formations do
not carry long rifles. Lethal attachments follow closely behind riot control
formations to provide lethal coverage for the entire formation.
B-22. During a nonlethal engagement, a designated marksman supplies
lethal overwatch to provide confidence and safety to those facing a riot. The
marksman is in an overwatch position and armed with a standard infantry
rifle, mounted with a high-powered scope. If a lethal threat is presented, he
can scan the crowd to identify agitators and riot leaders for apprehension. He
can also fire lethal rounds if warranted. Designated marksmen are ideally
suited for flank security and countersniper operations.

Stepping outside of the pale and pacified "New Patriot" police-state of the New World Order (aka "America")-- once you make it through the razor wire-- it is quite clear that what is going on is a gargantuan, Machiavellian MUGGING. The most bold robbery ever to be pulled off in human history-- in the grand and ruthless style of the Roman Empire-- to secure not just the last black-gold fields on Earth, but the future credit, the lifeblood, the "freedom" and the " truth" we humans have taken for granted.
The United Corporations of America have been maneuvering for the past century toward this ideal "Free Market" world of total access, secured by the most powerful (and expensive!) fleets of killing machines ever assembled-- making sure all the creamy, toxic profits flow into their banks. The conglomerating corporate powers have absorbed all in their reach-- the media, the food, the energy, the entertainment, the real estate, and of course their large arsenal of drugs, which we pay through the noses of our children for.
Another way to look at this postmodern corporate-state is as a "Syndicate"... a very lucrative and cutthroat assembly of co-conspirators willing to extort, bribe, hustle, lie, cheat, sue, raid, and pillage anyone or anything which may give them more "leverage." The operation of the entire "Reagan Revolution" from the beginning has been classic "protection"-- the oldest racket next to pimping-- and any cursory examination of the Bush family (and their corporate-CIA buddies) reveals scandal upon scandal, somehow magically coated with Teflon. From the criminal manipulation of the election in Florida by the Bush brothers and their cohorts, to the brutal attack on New York City and the subsequent cover-up, to their diversion toward Afghanistan as they deployed the "Patriot Act" and "Homeland Security" police-state, to the outright illegal invasion of Iraq in order to murder its leaders and rob the entire region of oil, this Bush Regime has looked more like an organized criminal inasion than any kind of legitimate political movement.
Sadly, the only reason these neo-fascist criminals have gotten this far is through the corporate monopolization and manipulation of the American media. I mean, does anyone out there really take their "approval ratings" seriously anymore? How obviously slanted and innappropriate--everyone else is jumping of a cliff, why don't you? The media keep trying to convince us that "America" is a huge WonderBread melting pot when in reality the colonial empire is sprawled out over a vast expanse of the planet, as diverse as diverse can be-- that is the beauty and treasure of the American Dream. The New Patriot-Republican agenda is to jam their militarized cowboy-KKK mindset into all of our holes so we can no longer argue or discourse, or even think straight. The perfect "protection racket."
When these highly secretive and paranoid people in power, with their fingers on their nuclear buttons, decree that we will soon have the largest deficits in history, what they are really trying to get us to swallow is the sickening load of their military budget-- in mob terms, they will twist our arms and our children's arms to pay them to build bigger weapons to keep us all in line. These Bush executives, if you peel back their Skull and Bones badges, are heavily invested in the three most profitable (and corrupted) industries in the world: pharmaceuticals, weapons, and oil.
The oil racket is so obvious it should need little explanation. Iraq has the last great reservoir on the planet-- and who is inventorying what is being drained right now by CEO/VP Cheney's Brown&Root? The U.S. military, oh wait-- they work for Cheney too! Don't want to confuse anything in the accounting by having U.N. people snooping around! Keep those nosy inspectors at bay! The Bushites knew where all the weapons were anyhow-- our CIA sold them to Saddam (remember-Rumsfeld arranged it)!
Pharmaceuticals are a bit more complex of a racket-- much like drug dealing everywhere. "Create a demand, supply the need." Did you know that while Bush Sr.'s CIA was channeling vast quantities of cocaine into the urban areas of the U.S., the Bush family also was profiting from their interest in Eli Lilly's cocaine treatment drugs? Any coincidence that now that Afghanistan is "liberated" the opium triangle is back in business like never before? Gee, I wonder where all that fresh heroin will end up? Follow the cancer trail, the AIDS deployment, the SARS epidemic-- a brutal "protection racket" verging on the demonic.
Now, Eisenhower tried to warn us all about the "unwarranted influence of the military-industrial complex" but did we listen? We are now in the midst of a worst-case scenario of military corporate influence out of control, resulting in the "Bring It On" mafioso machismo of an idiot. This Bush mob and their minions are ruthlessly willing to throw our sons and daughters to the wolves, to rake in greater profits and power, all the while surrounding our neighborhoods with barbed wire and microwave towers. The empire is turning on us, as empires tend to do when they get top-heavy. The scum has risen to the top of the melting pot, and now these corporate criminals are attempting to steal even our minds with their murderous programming and "approval" scams.
From a wild-eyed child in the back row comes a revolutionary suggestion:
Why don't we pass legislation to prevent corporate executives from holding offices of military power-- especially those in the energy and weapons industries? That would disqualify just about everyone in Bush's cabinet-- including the lovely Condy Rice (no worries, she'll still have that Texaco tanker named after her)! In fact, the only man left standing on the Republican side would be Colin Powell. And we don't get the feeling lately he approves of playing Tom to Bubba Bush's Kowboy Klique anyway. He would probably be as relieved as Dwight Eisenhower to see Bush, Cheney and all the other murderous mobsters behind bars where they belong, and our troops coming home.
What it has boiled down to, boys and girls, in this new-millenium "Planetary Survival" challenge is the United Corporations of America and their massive military versus the United Nations ideals and processes. Test this on your neighbors: which side do you stand on: the unilateralist "Terminator" Bush or the United Nations peacekeeping process? At this point, either way we'll likely be paying for Bush's blood-soaked "embezzlement" for a very long time...if we make it through the killing fields.
